This script was quite easy to use/edit, and good effects. Much "smoother" appearance when scrolling than most I've ever seen or used.

This script worked very well. I had previously attempted the same effect using Sothink DHTMLMenu but the result was slow and wouldn't move whe the scrollbar was being held. This, script however, worked more smoothly, and it didn't require the scrollbar being disengaged. Menu customisation is simple, due to the fact that it is merely a floating frame, so it's easy to import pictures, buttons and backgrounds, etc. I didn't give it 5 because there's always room for improvement, ie. smoother.
